These chairs were produced in the 1950s in a well-known Bentwood Furniture Factory in Radomsko, Poland. Out of the many models that were made in Fameg back in those days, the A6070 chairs Stand out with a stabile construction and their extremely ergonomic shape that ensures high comfort of use. Beautifully shaped backrest is made of beech plywood. This set of four chairs has undergone a careful carpentry and upholstery renovation. The wooden elements have been cleaned of the old coating and re-finished in semi-mat lacquer. The seatings have been reupholstered in high-quality fabric from Danish brand „Kvadrat” a beautiful juicy green color mohair designed by Raf Simons (100% kids Mohair). The chairs are extremely rare to find nowadays and this particular set has survived probably only because it has been covered up for many years by some amateurish upholstery work that you can see in the last picture. It did leave little scars in the backrests that will remind about the difficult history of this set but fortunately the splendid form remained untouched.
