These iconic A6070 chairs were meticulously crafted in the 1950s at the renowned Bentwood Furniture Factory – FAMEG in Radomsko, Poland. Amidst the plethora of models produced by Fameg during that era, the A6070 chairs stand out, boasting an exceptionally ergonomic design that guarantees unparalleled comfort and stable construction. Gracefully shaped backrest is made of beech plywood.
This set has undergone a meticulous carpentry and upholstery restoration process. The wooden elements have been expertly cleaned, shedding their old coating and refinished with high-quality oil. The seats have been reupholstered with precision, featuring an exquisite sage green fabric from the prestigious Danish brand „Kvadrat.” Designed by Norway Says & Per Bjørnsen, the fabric, named Coda2, blends 90% new wool with 10% nylon for both durability and luxurious texture. The chairs are extremely rare to be found nowadays, especially in a full set.
